5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied:

  • You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To start a return, please contact us at hello@willaboo.store with your order number.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
